Body aware
Pilates is all about being one with yourself. Find the strength in your own body. In addition, you will work on more flexibility and agility, better coordination and greater body awareness! Our instructor provides a pleasant environment through calm music and nice exercises. After this lesson, you'll be ready to go again.
Starting with Pilates?
You can participate in this class with a subscription, membership 10 passes or single fitness group lesson ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for Pilates a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
