Do you want to do a full strength workout in a short time? This is possible! During a SYNRGY 360 training, you do a different intensive exercise every 30-60 seconds for 30 minutes. You will be guided by an enthusiastic instructor and exciting music. Results guaranteed.

This lesson is given daily around the so-called SYNRGY device. This is a large circular framework with which up to 12 people can perform various strength and cardio exercises. Our instructor will prepare the workout for you, start the timer, the music and before you know it you have worked yourself up to a sweat. Good to know: this workout can be completely tailored to your own level.

Starting with SYRNGY?

You can participate in this class with a subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness group lesson ticket. After purchasing the desired product you can make a reservation immediately. You can register for SYNRGY a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
