Get your certificate: do the introduction course

You can only register for the WODs when you have completed the introduction course. Unlike regular fitness, CrossCamp combines various exercises with each other. It is important that you master the technique well before you participate in the WODs (workouts of the days). That way you can keep up with the lessons and prevent injuries. The introduction course consists of only two 45-minute training sessions. Click here for more information.

Opening hours

You can train in the box six days a week: from Monday to Saturday. You can register online for any training*. There is room for a maximum of six athletes per WOD. You can register up to two weeks in advance. You can see when space is available in the schedule.

* You can sign up for WODs and Open Gym after you complete the introduction course.

Programming

We use the CompTrain lesson plan, a programming by top trainer Ben Bergeron (trains CrossFit Games athletes). In each lesson you will find a warming up, followed by mobility, technique and strength exercises and a WOD.

CrossCamping is done with a fitness membership

With a year or month subscription, a membership 10 passes or single fitness group lesson ticket you can participate in this class, provided you are in possession of a CrossCamp certificate. After obtaining this certificate you can participate immediately. You can register for the WODs a maximum of two weeks in advance (FULL=FULL).
